Blair J. Enman, P.E.
President, Principal Engineer, Licensed Professional Engineer, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York, Vermont ANR Class I Licensed Designer
Blair has over 35 years experience in providing engineering solutions, advising clients and staff in areas of land use and land development for private and public projects in the permit process and land use and development including water supply and wastewater disposal, grading and drainage, stormwater management, erosions control and federal, state and local permit administration. Blair received his Associates in Civil and Highway Engineering from Wentworth Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. Blair holds an OSHA 40 hour Certificate in Hazardous Waste Site Training, ASTM Standards Technology Training-Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and OSHA Confined Space Entry Certified and continues to advance his education through continuing education courses.
NICOLE S. KESSELRING, P.E.
Vice President, Senior Project Engineer, Licensed Professional Engineer, Vermont, Vermont ANR Class I Licensed Designer
Nicole joined Enman Engineering in 2004 and became a partner in the firm in 2010. She is a Senior Project Engineer having more than 10 years experience in land use and land development consulting, stormwater and erosion control, water supply, wastewater disposal as well as superfund and RCRA site remediation projects and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering both from the University of Connecticut. Nicole also holds the OSHA Hazardous Waste Site Training (40-hour Certificate). Nicole continues to advance her education in business management, land development and management of stormwater and land erosion.
JOHN P. LAPRE
Class II Licensed Designer, On-site Sewage Specialist, surveying and CADD
John is a Senior Technician and has been a valued member of Enman Engineering since August 1998. John holds an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering from Vermont Technical College. His responsibilities include design, technical assistance, CADD management and design, construction phase engineering services, field assessments for onsite subsurface wastewater disposal and surveying (EDM & GPS). John continues to advance his education in various engineering, design, CADD management and wastewater treatment courses.
CLAUDETTE ENMAN
Claudette joined Enman Engineering, PC at its inception in 1982. Claudette is the chief financial officer and office manager. Claudette holds an Associates Degree in Accounting from Castleton State College.
