Enman Engineering, P.C., Rutland, Vermont, established in 1982, is Rutland City’s longest practicing, locally owned, civil engineering, sanitary engineering and environmental permitting, consulting engineering firm. In 2010, Blair Enman, PE, President, welcomed Nicole Kesselring, PE, as Vice President, and partner in Enman Engineering, PC.
Enman Engineering has on staff Professional Civil Engineers, Professional Sanitary Engineers, and Licensed Designers (Site Technicians).
Enman Engineering’s mission is to provide cost effective engineering solutions in the disciples of civil engineering, sanitary engineering and environmental permitting, to clients seeking economical solutions in their design, permitting, construction, and operation & maintenance of their infrastructure systems.
Enman Engineering, P.C. offers a range of analysis, design and engineering services including Land Use Planning & Land Development, Act 250 Permitting, Municipal and Environmental Permitting, Stormwater Management Systems, Wastewater Disposal Systems, Water Supply Systems, Engineering Surveys, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Expert Witness Services & Testimony.
The Secretary of State, Office of Professional Regulation, licenses Professional Engineers. Only Professional Engineers may provide engineering services, analysis, feasibility analyses, engineering designs and construction documents for public and private infrastructure systems.
The Office of Professional Regulation licenses Class I Designers. The Agency of Environmental Conservation, Wastewater Management Division, licenses Class II Designers who may only design non-public water systems and septic systems with a flow capacity of no more than 1,350 gpd.
