Enman Engineering Staff Enman Engineering, P.C., Rutland, Vermont, established in 1982, is Rutland City's longest practicing, locally owned, civil engineering, sanitary engineering and environmental permitting, consulting engineering firm.

Enman Engineering has on staff Professional Civil Engineers, Professional Sanitary Engineers, Vermont Agency of Natural Resources Licensed Designers and Vermont Agency of Natural Resources Licensed Site Technicians.

Enman Engineering's mission is to provide cost effective engineering solutions in the disciplines of civil engineering, sanitary engineering and environmental permitting, to clients who seek economical solutions in their design, permitting, construction, operation and maintenance of their infrastructure systems.

Enman Engineering, P.C. offers a range of engineering services including Land Use Planning & Land Development, Act 250 Permitting, Environmental Permitting, Stormwater Management Systems, Wastewater Disposal Systems, Water Supply Systems, Engineering Surveys, Environmental Site Assessments and Expert Witness Services & Testimony.

Engineers are licensed by the Secretary of State, Office of Professional Registration. Only Professional Engineers may offer engineering analysis, feasibility analyses, engineering designs and construction documents for public and private infrastructure systems.

Licensed Designers are licensed by the Office of Professional Registration and/or the Agency of Environmental Conservation and Site Technicians are licensed by the Agency of Environmental Conservation.
